Welcome to the Team

Please join us in welcoming two new staff members to Montaine — Dana Jevarjian, the new executive director of Montaine, and Tanja Hald, Community Life ambassador.

To get to know them better, take a moment to read their bios below. Dana starts on July 25. Tanja started earlier this month.

DANA JEVARJIAN | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FOR THE MONTAINE COMMUNITIES

From a young age, Dana has been immersed in the art of community building. Her upbringing in a close-knit, East Coast community, coupled with the vibrant and hospitable nature of her Armenian family, instilled a deep passion for cultivating connections and fostering a sense of togetherness through events.

She is wholeheartedly committed to further enriching the fabric of this neighborhood with her community-building skills.

Her core values center around the importance of clear and transparent communication in all interactions, firmly believing in the power of modeling authenticity to inspire trust and credibility.

She is dedicated to continuously seeking opportunities to learn and improve. She holds herself accountable for her actions and decisions. And, is confident that aligning these values with Vista’s goals will lead to meaningful and impactful outcomes.

“Nurturing a profound sense of belonging, promoting transparent and open dialogue, fostering an atmosphere of warmth and kindness, and offering the necessary support and tools for building meaningful connections are all essential aspects that we can actively cultivate. I am dedicated to contributing to the realization of this vision.”

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in business management and marketing, her recent accomplishments include the successful launch of The Canyons in Castle Pines and fully activated Backcountry in Highlands Ranch.

As resident of Castle Rock, Dana finds solace in outdoor activities, such as golf and tennis, often accompanied by her dog, Benji. Her love for cooking, board games, cards, and activities that allow her to create with her hands, further reflect her multi-faceted personality.

TANJA HALD | COMMUNITY LIFE AMBASSADOR

Born and raised in Germany, and now a Castle Rock resident, this highly detail-oriented, bi-lingual powerhouse comes to Montaine with a wealth of experience coordinating, planning, and facilitating daily operational and administrative needs.

Tanja is not afraid to lead, but prefers to be in a supportive role to lift her team up. Well-prepared to tackle any challenges, she is eager to add value at Montaine with her expertise and dedication.
