Summer is in full swing, and the pool is the place to be! As we all enjoy the season, here’s a quick reminder to review the pool rules to help keep things fun, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
Know before you go
- There’s no lifeguard on duty, so be sure to keep an eye on your friends and family.
- We have pool monitors on sit Friday – Sunday. They help us take care of trash, bathrooms, and making sure the pool area is clean for everyone to enjoy. They also are verifying residency to ensure the pool is used by residents only.
What to leave at home
- Glass of any kind
- Alcohol
- Pets
- Speakers or boomboxes, unless using headphones
- Valuables of anything you don’t want lost or stolen
- Smoking or vaping devices of any kind
- Any type of weapon
Food and drinks
- Feel free to bring food to the pool area, but make sure to keep food and drinks out of the water
- Alcohol is prohibited in the pool area
Guests and kids
- Each house is allowed 4 guests at the pool
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by someone 14 or older
- Children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper
- Children under the age of 6 are not permitted in the hot tub
Keeping things safe
- No lifeguard on duty! Use the pool at your own risk
- Keep gates closed, do not prop them open
- Please make sure gates latch behind you when you enter and exit
- Rinse off before heading into the pool. Use the outdoor shower to rinse off any lotions
- Diving, running, jumping, and horseplay are prohibited
Hot tub
- Children under the age of 6 are not permitted
- Children under 11 years of age must be directly supervised by an adult
- It’s strongly advised that those who are pregnant do not use the hot tub
Who do you call?
- If you notice anything out of place, damaged, or not functioning properly, please submit a community concern or stop in the clubhouse to talk to us
- If there is an immediate threat of bodily harm or property damage, call 911
