In August, we — your Vista Community Life team — sent out a survey to understand what residents feel is working well and where we can improve. Capturing these insights helps us further our mission to cultivate relationships that inspire people to find purpose, live authentically, and thrive together in Vista.

These are a few items your Community Life team and Board of Directors will consider implementing in the coming year:

  • Summer concert series & events: Developing a Summer Concert Series for 2026 and expanding weekend event offerings to bring more opportunities for neighbors to connect.
  • Compliance & design review: Strengthening the compliance and design review processes with an emphasis on communication, resident understanding, and clear guidance.
  • Landscape maintenance: Continuing to work with our landscape vendor and developer partner to ensure all common area landscaping is properly maintained.
