Know the rules for rentals
The minimum lease for a rental property in Vista at Montaine is six consecutive months. Tenants must be approved by the VMCA.
Each time a new lease is signed, submit at new tenant registration form to alert the VMCA. Once submitted, the tenant will receive an email invitation to register for the resident website.
