Join Bridget for a one hour all-levels yoga class. This class is appropritate for beginners and seasond practitioners. Variations and options for modifications will be given. Please bring a yoga mat — other props such as blocks, blankets, straps, etc. are optional. At this time, props are not available in the Amenity Center.
