Vista Family Amenity Center

Inside this exquisitely appointed, multi-purpose, family-friendly amenity center is the perfect mix of flexibility, function, and fun. It’s accessible to all Vista households in good standing.

A key fob is required to enter the amenity outside of normal business hours. Be sure to review the resident agreement to learn what’s allowed and what’s prohibited at the amenity.

Pick up your clubhouse and pool key fobs at the Vista Clubhouse during clubhouse office hours.

Please bring:
  • A valid photo ID
  • Proof of Vista residency/address
Clubhouse office hours and location:
  • 945 E. Montaine Circle
  • Monday–Thursday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Friday: 9 a.m.–3 p.m.

Fitness Center

Hours: 5 a.m. - Midnight

This state-of-the-art facility features an exercise room, large workout areas filled with the latest muscle-building and cardio equipment.

Host a Fitness Class

Game Room

Hours: 5 a.m. - 9 p.m.

An inviting space for teens to hangout with friends or family to play foos ball, shuffle board or vintage arcade games. Reserve this room for your next teen party or family event.

Kids Room

Hours: 5 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Next time you need to get out of the house with your toddlers, drop by the Kids Room to build with blocks, play with puzzles and read books. This room is not reservable.

Multi-Purpose North

Hours: 5 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Hangout with neighbors or reserve this expansive space with panoramic views of the mountains that includes a TV, fireplace, a variety of seating and a multipurpose bar area with space for food service.

Hours: 5 a.m. - 9 p.m.

This room is a blank slate ready to be transformed into whatever you need it to be — a space for your child's birthday party or to host a yoga class.

Pool & Hot Tub

Hours: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day

The pool and hot tub are open during the normal Colorado swim season. There's no lifeguard on duty, so swimming is at your own risk.

Sports Courts

Court hours: Dawn to dusk

Whether you play tennis or pickleball, this is the place to get your game on.

Courts are first come, first serve.

Hours: Always open

Montaine is set in a beautiful nook of Colorado, surrounded by mountainscapes, wildlife, and amazing views. Here, every day is a perfect day to run, hike or bike Montaine's and other local trails.
