2025 Q3 Homeowner Forum
The Board of Directors is committed to transparency and ensuring residents are well-informed about key community matters. With this in mind, we’re sharing the latest Homeowners Forum Q&A, which addresses questions and concerns raised by residents at the Q3 board meeting.

Montaine Cir. and Edenborn Way landscaping
A question regarding landscaping in filing 4, specifically at the corner of Montaine Circle and Edenborn Way, was raised. The homeowner requested a status update of the landscaping in this area.
Re-seeding efforts are scheduled for the week of 10/27, 11/3, and 11/10/2025. The other landscaping has been installed per plan. Any dead plant material will be replaced in Spring of 2026.
Saddle Iron Rd. and Coal Bank Trail landscaping
Another question was raised regarding the area in between Saddle Iron Road and Coal Bank Trail.

Firewise
A question regarding Firewise was raised.
Management has met with Castle Rock Fire Department regarding the Firewise program. The community will need homeowner involvement to pursue any Firewise certification. Maleah Anderson will reach out about opportunities to work together on this.
Church lot paving
A question was raised regarding the responsibility for some paving in the area owned by a church.
This area is owned by a private entity and is not the responsibility of the Vista at Montaine Community Association. Please reach out to the Town of Castle Rock for any questions regarding this area.
New member fee interest payments
A question was raised regarding the collection of SSNs for the interest portion of the NMF refunds.
Maleah and Tori are working on a process and will be sending communication to those impacted. We will be collecting SSNs in person to ensure that personal information is kept private and secure.
