DESCRIPTION:As we prepare to transition to fall\, join Bridget for a carefully curated yoga practice to reflect nature’s harmony and balance your own physical\, mental\, and emotional energy. \n\nIn addition to a mellow mix of physical practice\, including Slow Flow\, Yin and Restorative\, an extended Yoga Nidra Guided meditation will be taught.  Yoga Nidra is often called Yogic Sleep in which you rest in a state between wakefulness and sleep\, allowing a profound shift for the nervous system. \n\nAll levels are welcome; no previous experience is required. \n\nPlease wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat and any props (bolster\, pillow\, or blanket) you like to use. \n\nRegistration required – be sure to sign up on the Vista at Montaine app. Donations welcome.
